1. Scope of Services:

1.1. Artistic Logo Designs agrees to provide website design, logo design, web content writing, video animation, and mobile app design and development services as outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal, discussion, or email.

1.2. The scope of each project, including deliverables, milestones, timelines, and costs, will be clearly defined in a separate project proposal, agreement, or email.

2. Client Responsibilities:

2.1. Clients shall provide accurate and complete information required for project commencement and execution, including design preferences, content, images, branding guidelines, and any necessary access credentials.

2.2. Clients agree to actively collaborate during the project's execution by promptly providing feedback, approvals, and required information.

2.3. Any delays caused by the client, including a lack of timely feedback or required materials, may result in project timeline extensions.

3. Project Changes and Revisions:

3.1. Changes or additions to the project scope after agreement will be subject to additional charges. The scope, timeline, and cost adjustments will be discussed and agreed upon between Artistic Logo Designs and the client.

3.2. A certain number of revisions may be included in the project fee, as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1. All original creative work developed by Artistic Logo Designs during the project, including but not limited to designs, code, graphics, and content, shall remain the intellectual property of Artistic Logo Designs until full payment is received.

5. Payment and Pricing:

5.1. Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal, agreement, or email. Typically, a deposit is required to initiate the project, and the remaining balance is due upon project completion or milestones.

5.2. Any additional services or revisions requested by the client beyond the initial project scope will be invoiced separately and require payment before implementation.

5.3. Prices quoted are valid for the duration specified in the proposal. Artistic Logo Designs reserves the right to revise pricing after this period.

6. Confidentiality:

6.1. Both Artistic Logo Designs and the client agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project, including business strategies, design concepts, and proprietary data.

7. Refund Policy:

7.1. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy, which can be found on our website.

8. Termination:

8.1. Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice if either party breaches a material term of the agreement.

8.2. In the event of termination, Artistic Logo Designs will retain ownership of all work completed up to that point, and the client will be responsible for any outstanding payment for work completed.
